FAM 5K "Fund" Run/Walk

Volunteers

We are asking for your time, enthusiasm and talents to ensure a safe, successful day. The actual race starts at 10:00 a.m. Volunteer check-in times are indicated below, and most volunteer activities conclude by 11:30 am. Brooks’ Barbeque will be at the fairgrounds again this year as an additional fundraiser, so you may want to plan on staying through lunch.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please complete and return the form below as soon as possible. As in the past, volunteers will receive a great T-Shirt to identify them as part of the team. BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER ALONG! Please be sure to sign-up no later than Monday, September 12, 2011.

Please review the following list to see where you would like to help.

GROUP 1: Check in at 8:00 am - 25 volunteers needed
(parking, registration, packet pick-up).

GROUP 2: Check in at 8:45 am - 75 volunteers needed
(race course). Some volunteer activities require walking and standing during the race.

Please be sure to check-in at the volunteer tent (located directly in front of the grandstand at the fairgrounds) at the designated time to receive your T-Shirt and volunteer assignment.
